Trenchless:
Trenchless technology refers to the revolutionary new system for replacing Sewer Lines, an underground pipe traditionally difficult to access. In most cases the traditional method of digging a trench from Point A to Point B is no longer necessary to replace defective or blocked lines.

Pipes can be repaired by digging two (2) holes as small as 2'x3' leaving the remainder of the yard, driveway, patio, etc. untouched.

Hydro-Jetter:
The hydro-jetter system is very effective for cleaning sluggish sewer lines caused by grease and sludge build-up. Instead of simply moving a clog, the Jetter technology scours inside of the pipe. Then utilizing the high pressure system, it ejects debris and sludge from line completely.

A specially designed jetter head is available for cutting those stubborn root blockages. Additionally, a smaller hydro-jetter is available for secondary lines, such as floor drains, kitchen sinks and lavatory sinks etc.

This procedure is very effective for removing obstructions. We also offer a great maintenance price.

Water Heaters:
We are proud to offer the best water heater installations in the industry. All installations are conducted according to California contractor’s codes and specifications. In addition, we use “commercial grade” water heaters for every client we service including residential accounts.

Offering maintenance and general service for both tankless and traditional water heaters we continue to meet our client’s demands for high-quality products as well as service that is always dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Alternatively, we are encouraging clients to consider the benefits of a tank-less water heater. In addition to meeting new COx standards, these units are excellent at using energy efficiently. Achieving as much as 60% power reduction compared to standard water heaters, and saving you space as well.

Gas Lines:
Dun-Well uses state of the art polyurethane “yellow” plastic pipe without joints to run new gas mains or gas branch lines. Using this material we can replace pipes to any specified length.

Our service technicians are certified to install corrugated gas trac piping as well as the traditional rigid gas lines.

Copper Re-piping:
Dun-Well offers complete copper systems to eliminate problems associated with water volume and low-pressure, leaks and rust deteriorating pipes.

We also properly size your water system for equal water distribution throughout any home or commercial property.

Maintenance Programs:
At Dun-Well we strive to provide our clients with the peace of mind assurance that comes from being able to control and often eliminate service disruptions. In that spirit we are very excited to now offer Preventative Maintenance Plans to our commercial clients.

Designed for clients whose business will be greatly affected by frequent or even sporadic service disruptions such as; restaurants, office building, malls etc... Dun-Well creates specialized programs for properties based on their individual needs and circumstances.

Regular preventive maintenance is crucial to keeping drain lines flowing freely. Restaurants and other commercial establishments typically require frequent high-pressure water jetting to remove grease buildup, sludge and debris which accumulate in the lines. Being bundled with the added benefits of our Preventive Maintenance Program these agreements allow us to provide the type of comprehensive and knowledgeable attention many of our competitors simply can’t touch.
